Cancellation policy
Sedan and SUV reservations have 4 hours free cancellation before pickup time (minus credit card processing fees, 4%), cancellation under 4 hours will be charged 100% of the fare.
Sprinter Van reservations have 7 days free cancellation (minus credit card processing fees, 4%), 7 days to 24 hours have a 25% charge, no refund for cancellations under 24 hours.
Please contact us immediately for your itinerary/flights/connections changes impacting your pickup time in order to avoid cancellation fees.
Waiting time
We offer 15 minutes free waiting time from the house/hotel. At the airport we have 45 minutes for domestic flights and 2 hours for international flights (going trough custom) from the time the plane has landed. Usually all the passengers will get to baggage claim area from the plane in 10-25 minutes after the plane door is open. Delayed baggage because of airline operation or weather will not affect your bill.
Delayed or early flights
Your flight will be monitored and driver will know when you are landing actually, no extra fee. That's why we collect your flight information and why you should make sure provided us the correct one.
Driver location
If you're being picked up from a hotel or residence the driver will be in front of the building at the scheduled pickup time. For airport pickups our drivers will be waiting at the baggage claim area (if you choose baggage claim pickup) or at the curbside. Please have your cell phone ON, and don't forget to turn OFF FLIGHT MODE, the driver will contact you. Please CALL US in case you cannot locate your driver.
Curbside pickup
We can pick you up at the curbside if you like it that way, just let us know when you make the reservation.

Try to book your reservation in advance. Under 24 hours we may take reservations only by PHONE and upon availability.
Departing time for going to the airport
For Hillsborough-Pasco-Pinellas counties we suggest 2-3 hours before departing time, but depends of your exact pickup location. day, time of the day, traffic, weather, flight type (domestic or international). We'll suggest you the best leaving time on every reservation at the time of booking.
Insurance and licenses
We carry all the required county, ports and airports insurance coverage. We have all required licenses for providing passenger transportation. All the drivers have passed criminal background check and drug tested. All the drivers have their limousine licenses up to date.
Children car seats
Please choose needed children car seats upon making your reservation. We can also drive you to/from the airport with the kids in your car seats, and hold them until you're coming back if you need that. You may also consider taking the car seat with you since mostly of the states/countries you'll need them anyway, and mostly of the airlines will not charge extra for car seats (please check with your airline).
